Palominos Handle Well

(Palomino Pencil set) This set was a Christmas gift. I had my eye on these for a year before accually getting them. Like most artists, I've used pretty much all the brands, but was never satisfied with the total experience. These are the best ever, Maybe the best you can buy. You can't find them everywhere, so I had to order them online from Pencils com . The same company makes another pencil called Blackwing . If stuck on an island, and could only have one drawing tool, this would be it. This pencil comes in only one hardness, but you may find it enough for you drawing. I've never used anything smoother than the Blackwing. Also, the blackness is very rich. It amazes me that they were able to make this pencil hold a point, while keeping a rich, smooth, black stroke. Some want a pencil to just make a mark, but a few people like me want the best tools for the job. So, if you do lots of pencil work, and enjoy everything that medium has to offer, then get your self
('Sweet Dreams' 5x7 signed print ) Just finished this piece, and will be at auction on eBay soon. Inspired by the tease of Summer we are having here in Texas. Even the flowers and bugs are fooled. So after a very warm day, working outside, I dreamed up ice cream for my break on the front porch.
